Shipping

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   I use USPS to ship items.  If you would like them shipped a different way, email me and we can figure out a different method.

Thank you for purchasing my handcrafted items.  In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After I receive your item, I will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
